personal accidents, loss of property or delays to travel to or from the event.
We reserve the right to amend any and all aspects of the programme in the event
of circumstances beyond our control. If a written cancellation is received more
than 30 days before Polydays 2013, you will receive a full refund, less a £35
handling fee. If you cancel 30 to 15 days before the event, we will return half
of the registration fee.
